What you need to know before you paint the interior or exterior of your home.
Most projects come with a 2-year limited warranty. Some types of painting projects, like horizontal surfaces, are ineligible.
We can acquire paint products at much lower prices because of the quantity we purchase and our relationships with paint suppliers. In most cases, it will cost more to buy your own paint.
Yes, All Pros Painting can match just about any paint color in your home using a chip of paint or wet sample. Even if you do not remember the original color codes, we can still match the color.
Most HOAs will let you paint your home without approval if you are repainting with the existing color. If you are changing colors of your exterior home, more than likely you will need to get approval from your HOA. If you are part of an HOA, you can call them to confirm.
To prepare for interior painting you can move small items and things that are fragile. You might want to take pictures or mirrors off the wall but only if you can easily handle them yourself.
We will move any heavy objects that we can’t work around and we will cover everything in plastic and tarps etc. For exterior painting you should move small items, like potted plants, away from the house. If you have window-based AC units you will want to move them inside your house. We can help you with that if needed. We do ask that you don’t park near your house and that you turn the hose water on for our use.
